Term 2, Week 6, Wednesday

We started the day off with prayer. We read the next story in our Bible, Jacob’s Blessing. Here are our thoughts on the story:

Sammy: That was a bit rude of Rebecca to do that.

Alfred: Can blind people still hear?

Luka: (Prayer) I’m grateful for last night’s dinner.

We then continued our maths tasks on arrays and multiplication. We made popstick fences and counted how many popsticks we need using skip counting and multiplication.

After recess, we worked on our literacy tasks for Knuffle Bunny Free. We worked on getting our sentences right with full stops, capital letters, and making our sentences more interesting with nouns, verbs and adjectives.

After lunch, we consolidated our learning on where to sort our waste by making labels for our red, yellow and green bins. We have also been working on our sunset backdrop which is coming along well.
