Welcome to Wednesday everyone. What a coolish day it is for this time of the year!
Today we focused on Australian Seaweek, which is an annual celebration held in Australia in appreciation of our awesome coastlien and oceans.
We read about the importance of our oceans for our climate, way of life, food, transport and much more.
The students then worked on a reading comprehension activity relating to three differentiated texts about Seaweek.
In Numeracy, students were continuing to explore different aspects of numeracy in group rotations.
Tomorrow is Sport and Library in the morning!
PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR LIBRARY BOOKS! THIS IS YORU LAST CHANCE TO BORROW FOR THE CURRENT ACADEMIC YEAR … MAKE IT COUNT.
