At Holy Family both staff and students are encouraged to identify, reflect upon and develop their character strengths as part of our focus on positive psychology. All staff and upper primary students (survey is available for 10+ years and adults) take the VIA Character Strengths Survey. The survey produces an individualised report listing one’s character strengths in order of strength.

- boost confidence
- reduce stress
