Fitness drills 5 mins on/ 5 mins rest

Today we also began our 5 min on/ 5 min off fitness drills.

We all measured our resting heart rate before doing star jumps of 5 reps. Then we measured our rate rate again straight after doing this exercise. We should be aiming for our optimal heart rate of our age subtracted from 220 bpm (beats per minute).
