Friday, Week 7

Good morning all,

Sadly the final day of Mr. Hummels placement and his presence will be missed. After assembly this morning we listened to some presentations. Students presented their expositions, persuading people why they should reconcile with Indigenous Australians. Students used their research during Hass lessons to develop strong arguments. These presentations were a fantastic.

Just before lunch we packed up to celebrate Mr. Hummels last day with a shared lunch. This gave him a chance to experience the fantastic culture and community within our school. As you can tell he enjoyed the food.

After lunch students had some independent learning time to finish off some of their work. They had their RE mission work, Numeracy Inquiry, Visual and Media artwork and Hass exposition. We finished the day off with some fitness.

Happy weekend all
