To start off our wonderful Friday, we engaged in a range of play provocations that were based around students’ inquiries and interests. It was great to see children engaging in different play provocations and collaborating with their friends.
After our moon lantern assembly, we came back to class where we had a shared lunch. Thank you to all of the families that brought in delicious cultural food. We absolutely loved trying different cultural dishes and students were very proud to share their cultural food. Thank you to the families that also came to eat with us.
To finish off a great day, we engaged in some numeracy and inquiry-based provocations, where students explored shapes, fractions, measurement and capacity. Some of our students were motivated to clean the backyard to help keep an environment clean.
