Today we started off our morning with investigative play. Students were given the opportunity to strengthen their collaboration, curiosity, zest, love of learning and creativity learning powers. Our students loved engaging in different learning games on the laptops.
Just before recess R1EN went to the Little Athletics clinic where they were able to engage in gross motor activities. We were able to practice our running, jumping and throwing.
After recess R1EN engaged in numeracy investigations while R1MC were at the Little Athletics clinic. Students were exploring capacity, measurement, shape, number, addition and subtraction. While R1MC were at Spanish, R1EN engaged in writers workshop, where they were able to write a narrative of their choice.
