Maths Mini
The children worked on rolling a die and recording the numbers this morning. Another skill involved in this activity is subitising; the ability to read the number dots as quick as possible without counting each dot individually.

Science
Mrs Handforth shared a big book with the class titled How Frogs Grow this afternoon. The children were very keen to discuss their knowledge and connect it with the new information presented today. The children also viewed a short animation on the life cycle of a frog. After that the children drew a diagram of the frog’s lifecycle.
