THE Australian CURRICULUM
The Australian Curriculum builds on the key learning outcomes of the national Early Years Framework.The Australian Curriculum sets the goal for what all students should learn as they progress through their school life – wherever they live in Australia and whichever school they attend.
The Australian Curriculum is three-dimensional – it includes learning areas, general capabilities and cross-curriculum priorities. These all contribute to a well-rounded education of all Australian students, providing the knowledge, understanding and skills needed for life and work in the 21st century.
