Good Afternoon,

Some of you may have already noticed but the students will be coming home with the little black books pictured below. These books contain ‘high frequency words’ that we are learning as part of our word study. We ask that the children practise these as part of their nightly reading routine where possible.

We are aiming to check in with the children once a week to check off the words they know. Once they are all learn’t the list will be signed off and a new list will be glued in.
