Stay Active – Day 1 Fitness

Good morning everyone,

With 7 days of lock-down it is important that we stay active with daily exercise. Keep an eye out on the blog for fitness activities that you can do at home.

Day 1 – Alphabet Fitness

Remember we need to try to achieve 30 minutes of physical activity each day to help keep us healthy. I hope this activity is a fun way to stay active.
