Dear families,

We had a very busy and exciting second week of school! In phonics the students learnt about the letter ‘S’. We also started our ‘Bookmaking’ program, the students learnt how they can be both an author and illustrator of their own books. In Science we are beginning a new topic on ‘living things’, the children enjoyed visiting the animals in the MUDLA.

Please make sure you label your child’s jumper, jacket, water bottle and lunch box so we can reduce the chances of items getting lost or mixed up with another student’s. If your child misplaces their belongings, we have a lost property basket in our classroom and at the front office. Sofia is currently looking for her labelled jumper, please check if your child has taken Sofia’s jumper by mistake.
