Welcome to Week 7. We have been busily practising our songs for Carol’s night. The children are excited to showcase their talents next week. We have made beautiful Christmas trees and Advent wreaths this week. The four candles of the Advent wreath specifically symbolise the Christian concepts of hope, peace, joy and love, with these candles being lit subsequently throughout each week of the Advent season.

In Numeracy, we used the ‘Bee bots’ to think critically and solve problems. The children planned and experimented with different commands to achieve a desired outcomes ie. left, right, forward and backwards, fostering their problem-solving and decision-making abilities. They then used the Bee bots to travel along their School maps which they created last week.
