Reminder:
As the days get warmer, please ensure your child brings a clearly labelled hat to wear it regularly during outdoor playtime.
Dear families, thank you for your endless support in everything we do. It truly makes a huge difference each day.
This week, in Religious Education we discussed that God created the world and everything in it and that we are called to love, enjoy, and care for God’s creation.
In English, students continued to review letters and sounds, learned new words and constructed sentences. During our book making lessons, they co-constructed stories with the teacher and are becoming increasingly confident and brave in writing new words using their growing letter-sound knowledge.
In Mathematics, we reviewed counting, practiced writing numbers from 0 to 20, and worked on counting beyond 35. The children are showing great enthusiasm and persistence in their number work.
In Science, students explored the outdoor environment and recorded how our senses help us to experience and observe the world around us. Their curiosity and observations were delightful to see.
The children had a wonderful week of learning and play as the weather continues to warm up. we’ve been making the most of the sunshine by spending more time outdoor, enjoying play time under the beautiful spring skies.
Wishing you all a relaxing and sunny weekend !
