We would like to extend a warm welcome to any members of the community that would be interested in being involved with the Spring Fair to attend our next meeting on Wednesday 22nd August. Simply sign in at the front office and they can show you the way !

Ways you can be involved :

Time: we are always looking for helpers both on the committee and for setting up and cleaning up for the fair. Even an hour of your time would be appreciated. Let us know if you can volunteer, you don’t need to attend meetings and you can simply let us know what kind of help you would like to offer. We are always looking for helpers on stalls such as ice-cream stall, drink selling, lolly stall, plant stall etc.

Donations: We are always seeking donations of large and small items for our Auctions. Auction items include vouchers, giftware, garden equipment, artwork, small appliances, children’s toys, bikes etc.

Stalls: are you artistic or creative? Do you have a small business or crafty hobby? Why not nominate to hold a stall in our craft and small product area. Simply contact the office and they will let you know the details.

Invitation

We would like to extend a welcome to any members of the community who would be keen to be involved with the organisation of the fair with our next meeting being held on 22nd August at 9am in the board room.

CASUAL DAY

This Friday the 3rd August is our first fundraising day with students being invited to wear casual clothes in return for a gold coin donation.
