Week 10: Wednesday 28th September

Another wonderful Wednesday in RSA and RKS. Literacy Investigations has been a hit this term; where students explore letters, sounds and words in a variety of ways. Here we are at work.

After recess it was time to take a close at our pea seeds. Some have begun to sprout, how exciting! We recorded our findings in our seed journal. Then it was time for drama where we continued retelling nursery rhymes and stories; becoming different characters and using our facial expressions to show emotions.

Then an exciting thing happened… because everyone was making GREEN CHOICES we received the final ball for our green choices jar. This meant it was time to have a party!!!! First up it was musical bob, then pass the parcel, then bubbles time and finally green investigations. There was an array of green activities to explore including crown making, green cubbies, green shape pictures, green painting and lots more. Here we are enjoying our party.

What an excellent achievement as a class. It took a lot of team work, effort and green choices to get to party time but we made it just before the end of term. Well done team!

RSA also welcomed a new student into our class. It was lovely meeting you today Brodie. We can’t wait for you to join our team!

See you next term. Thanks for all the fun!

Mrs Sharman 🙂
