Today we started by having a go on the stage, singing our songs for tonights Christmas concert.

• Please drop your child off at 5:25 outside the Library and collect your child from outside the library straight after we have finished singing our 2 songs. They can watch the rest of the carols with you and your families.

After recess we looked at the Catholic tradition of Christmas.

We talked about:

the Angel appearing to Mary

Mary and Joseph travelling on a donkey

Finding a stable and Jesus being born.

We will continue this learning next week to see who visited Jesus after he was born.

The children then created their own stables with Mary, Joesph, baby Jesus, the angel and a donkey.
