The way they Celebrate their new year. is by hanging red lanterns on the front door and making loud noises by setting off fire works and banging drums and they also hang red lanterns. and make loud noises because their was a beast that would scare the people off so an old men came up with an Idea to hang red lanterns and make loud noises to scare the beast nan away.
