Bookmaking

The children completed their books and then got into groups of three to share their texts. As authors, they read their book to two peers. The children took turns to read and listen.

Moon Lantern Making

The children worked with a range of materials to make their lanterns. Mr White, Mrs Hong Nguyen and Mr Stramare will be judging the lanterns on Thursday as they tour the school, stopping in to see the lanterns in each classroom. They are overall winner prizes for different age ranges as well as class prizes too.

 Parents are welcome to join us for the Moon Lantern Festival Assembly, which will be held next Thursday (Week 10) in the school hall.

Your child has brought home an envelope about free dental checks at school, and some children have received reminders about overdue library books. Please check your child’s bag for these.
