Happy Friday!

Welcome to Friday and the end of a very festive Week 8. Before we embark on a visual tour of today’s learning, here’s our very own Yasha, who was in a dance concert yesterday afternoon. Doesn’t she look amazing and she got a trophy for her participation.

The children listened to Mrs Handforth read the last part of the Nativity story this morning before going to the Hall to sing our songs and be filmed. The Three Wise Men are studying the stars and see a new star in the sky, a particularly bright one. They understand that this heralds the birth of a new king and they set off, following the star, which leads them to Jesus in Bethlehem. Mrs Handforth loves the nativity artwork of He Qi, so here’s one of his pictures of the the wise men visiting Jesus.

CHRISTMAS CAROLS

Here we are on the stage singing at the Holy Family Christmas Carols 2020.  It looked and felt very different compared to past years but we all got into the Christmas spirit and sang beautifully.
