Good morning everyone,
We are close to the end of lock-down but it is still important that we stay active with daily exercise. Keep an eye out on the blog for fitness activities that you can do at home.
Day 4 – Health Heart Activities
Remember we need to try to achieve 30 minutes of physical activity each day to help keep us healthy. I hope this activity is a fun way to stay active.
