Word Study

Blending Phonics – sh

Today the students were encouraged to create their own sentences using a list of  high frequency words. The students were reminded to use the literacy conventions of capital letters, full stops and spaces between their words.

Numeracy

Counting by 10’s

Today we explored counting by 10’s to 100. The students had to create different amounts using 10 cents coins to buy something from the pretend shop.
